Hard Shell Collective was organized by a passionate group of Maryland alumni, boosters, and former athletes. We are dedicated to helping college athletes thrive, and are passionate about supporting Maryland Men's Lacrosse and the communities of Terp Nation.

Hard Shell Collective is governed by a board of generous Maryland alumni, who are focused on our mission and are committed to making the organization successful.

WE ESTABLISHED HARD SHELL COLLECTIVE TO DO NIL THE RIGHT WAY AND CREATE A PROGRAM WORTHY OF THE STUDENT-ATHLETES, ALUMNI AND FANS WHO GIVE THEIR ALL FOR MARYLAND LACROSSE.

We established Hard Shell Collective to support Maryland Men's Lacrosse student-athletes in maximizing their potential through NIL transactions. Our goal is to ensure that these contracts are carried out fairly and responsibly. We consistently prioritize following the rules.


At Hard Shell Collective, we do not engage in pay-for-play activities. Instead, we offer a platform and opportunities for Maryland Men's Lacrosse student-athletes to promote themselves and benefit from their name, image, and likeness.
